How long does shipping normally take?

Shipping normally takes 3-4 business days depending on your region.

Does the product need to be refrigerated after opening?

Yes. Since we do not use any preservatives in our formula, please make sure to refrigerate after opening.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, tracking will be emailed to the email address you have provided. You can track your package from the link provided in this email.

Do you ship outside the US?

Yes, we are excited to be able to ship internationally. Disha Hot is available for sale in Mexico, Canada, Australia, South America, and Europe for now. 

My bottle was damaged/broken in transit.

We use glass bottles over plastic in an effort to make Disha Hot an environmentally friendly company. We do our best to package our bottles as securely as possible so they arrive to our customers in one piece. We do however acknowledge that occasional accidents happen in transit that are out of our control. If you receive a damaged or broken bottle, please email support@dishahot.com and you will receive a full refund.

My package never arrived.
