All orders are shipped out from our West Coast facility via USPS or UPS. Shipping normally takes business days depending on your region.
Does the product need to be refrigerated after opening?
Yes. Since we do not use any preservatives in our formula, please make sure to refrigerate after opening.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, tracking will be emailed to the email address you have provided. You can track your package from the link provided in this email.
Do you ship outside the US?
Unfortunately, for this limited release we are only able to ship Disha Hot in the United States. We do have plans to eventually roll out a broader distribution plan outside the US. For updates please follow @DishaHot on Instagram and sign up for our newsletter here.
Why can I only buy one bottle?
Given our limited supply for this special launch, we are only allowing one bottle per customer. This is also an effort to prevent anyone from purchasing large quantities on Disha Hot and reselling them on third party sites. Our goal is to get the sauce in the hands of Omar’s fans.
I tried to buy Disha Hot, but you were sold out. What now?
For our initial launch, we only have a limited supply of Disha Hot available for sale. We do plan to have more bottles on sale in the near future. For updates please follow @DishaHot on Instagram and sign up for our newsletter here.
My bottle was damaged/broken in transit.
We use glass bottles over plastic in an effort to make Disha Hot an environmentally friendly company. We do our best to package our bottles as securely as possible so they arrive to our customers in one piece. We do however acknowledge that occasional accidents happen in transit that are out of our control. If you receive a damaged or broken bottle, please email email@example.com and you will receive a full refund.
My package never arrived.
